Xinglong Tropical Botanic Garden is famous for the unique tropical plants. Tropical cash crops, trees, and garden plants, wild plants, even wild rare species, and rare tropical plants introduced from abroad can be seen here. Therefore, it is a compressive tropical botanic garden with a rich species resource, beautiful environment, and the value to research and study.
There are five major districts in the botanic garden: Plants Area, Experiment and Demonstration Area, Technology Innovation Area, Stereo effect Planting Area and Ecological leisure Area. The botanic garden is near the green mountains and surrounded by lakes. So fresh air and the ecology will refresh you and make you energetic again. In the botanic garden, visitors can admire the plants, fishing by lakes, do research or promote agricultural education. It aims to provide fun as well as practice for visitors.

Go around: visitors can reach the scenic spot by motorcycle or sightseeing bus and the fare is ￥15. Besides, make sure to return by the same means or it is not easy to find other transport vehicles.

Wanning is in the southeast of Hainan Province and is near South Sea. Being the tropical marine monsoon climate, it is moist, full of sunshine and plentiful rainfall. Because the temperature difference in a year is not much, it is like in spring all year around. The annual average temperature is about 24℃. So visitors can go here all the year and the best time is from March to November.
