Chrysanthemum Island was called Juehua Island in ancient time, which is the biggest island of Bohai Bay. The two sides of island are erect intersectant each other, and hollow in the middle. South of island is Zhangjiashan Island and Yangjiashang Island; north of island is Mopanshang Island which shape as if millstones. The three islands have closely association with each other, and landscape of there is so beautiful and majestic.
Standing in great numbers steles and stone tablet and arraying pagodas, and a large quantity of people, the island becomes a Buddhism resort which is well-known far and near. On the island, tourists can tour Penguin Stone and Lion Stone etc. scenic spots. Along hillside road on island, you can tour Tangwang Cave, Octagonal Glazed Well, Nine Tops Stone and Banyan etc. places of interest. The island is an ideal place of tourism, vacation and leisure.

Huludao is located in the coastal area, has the evident continental climate, and has a distinct four seasons, abundant sunshine and temperate rain, annual average temperature is between 8.2 ℃ to 9.2 ℃. The best time for traveling there is summer and autumn.
