| Short Description: | It covers an area of 270 thousand square meters; it is the only Han-style garden which has been well and completely protected with a history of 2000 years. In the garden, there are lakes, mountains and stones. There are three mouths of spring in ancient Jiuquan, and most water comes from the middle one, the other two are under the south stone cliff. |

West Han Dynasty Jiuquan Scenic Spot is 1.9 kilometers east of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, covering an area of 270 thousand square meters, with 50 thousand meters of natural lake. The scenic spot mainly contains: Hangu Jiuquan, Zuogongliu, Spring Lake and large quantities of old architectures.
Ancient Jiuquan has a history of 2100 years, and is the core and carrier of Jiuquan’s culture.

Southwest part of Jiuquan is higher than northeast part of it, the altitude of Jiuquan is 1400 meters, and temperature of the whole year is relatively different. Its average annual temperature is 6．9℃. Between May and October is the best time for traveling there.
