Built in 1992, with an area of 380 thousand square meters, the First City under Heaven consists of a center, five scenery spots and 80 group sceneries. It is the top large modern tourism spot combining history and modern time, court and folk, education and entertainment in one.
It has an inner city and an outer city, the wall of the outer city is 5 kilometers in length, mimic scale and layout of Beijing of Ming and Qing dynasty, the ten li wall shortens the wall of Beijing, but based on it is the original appearance of wall of Beijing. It is shocking to see it at a distance. There are 22 gate towers in the outer city, and dozens of them such as Yongding Gate has been built. Yuanmingyuan is important scenery of the city, eight famous sceneries of the King of Ten Thousand Gardens was built here, it has reached the highest state of ancient Chinese royal garden construction. The First City under Heaven attracts lots of tourists every year with its distinct charm.

- Go around: there are buses from Langfang Bus Station to Xianghe.
- Get in: Bus 938 at Beijing Railway Station could directly arrive at the scenery.
- Self Drive: depart from Beijing, drive along Jingshen Road to Xianghe, pass Xiadian to Anping, and drive southwest for another 12 kilometers and you could arrive. Depart from Tianjin, drive along Jingjintang Highway to Langfang, to the road to Xianghe, drive another 30 kilometers in the northeast direction and you will arrive.
