Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area sits on the banks of Yongjiang River at the southeast side of Nanning city, 5 km from the city center.
The area consists of 18 hills, and occupies an area of about 4.5 square kms. About 1/3 of the Qingxiu Mountain is covered by water, and the rest is covered by green foriages.
The area was opened to the public on October 1, 1987.
The most famous spots are: Tianci Lake, Yao Pool, and Dragon Elephant Pagoda.
