Qiao Family Courtyard is amid of Qiaojiabao village in Qi county, which is a great complex. Overlooking it , the structure is seemingly in the shape of “喜”( the Chinese character, means happiness.) The whole courtyard covers 8724 square meters and divides into 6 big yard with 20 small ones and 313 rooms. The courtyard looks like a castle, facing the street in three sides. Brick walls which are 30 feet are closely around it. The building is safe, strong and full of dignity. Its exquisite work and delicate design sufficiently show the distinguished style of Chinese residence construction from Qing Dynasty. It is of high value in viewing, researching and history. Sure, it is an incomparable treasure of art which can be a shining point in the northern residence construction.

Get in：all railways from Taiyuan to Pingyao will pass Qi county; or take buses to Pingyao and Lingchuan at Coach station at 8a.m, and get off in Jiaojiabao village in Dongguan town of Qi county.
