Lying along the edge of the the beautiful Shenzhen Bay, Huaqiao City is a famed theme park and holiday resort for overseas Chinese tourists. The resort includes four theme parks: Splendid China, China Folk Culture Village, Window of the World and Happy Valley, several hotels such as Shenzhen Bay Hotel, Haijing Hotel, Venice Waterscape Theme Hotel, and other attractions such as He Xiangning Art Gallery, Huaxia Art Center, Ecological Square, Golf Club, Sculpture Corridor of Overseas Chinese City. This multifunctional entertainment venue covers an area of nearly 5 square kilometers, and is home to many tourist attractions, cultural centers, shops, entertainment, sports and leisure facilities.
With the Chinese culture theme, Huaqiao City hosts more than 10 cultural festivals every year, including Overseas Chinese City Tourism Carnival, Water-splashing Festival, International Beer Festival, Maya Carnival.

The ticket of Happy Main Road is bought once; you can take it repeatedly. The entire length is 4 kilometers consisting of seven stations. Traveling around it once costs 20 minutes. All the information is for reference only, if there was any change, please follows the information of scenic area.

Close to the ocean, Shenzhen belongs to subtropical oceanic climate with mild temperature and abundant sunshine. The annual average temperature is 22.4℃ with summer of six months and warm spring, autumn and winter. The best traveling time for Overseas Chinese City is from May to October, when colorful Overseas Chinese City Tour Carnivals are held in various spots.
